  1. Shohagh Paribahan Pvt. Ltd. enables travelers to buy bus tickets online right from the comfort of their home or office by providing them with choice of bus types, destination, departure times and fares.
  2. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jam, diversions etc. However, bus will not leave the source before the time mentioned on the ticket. Passengers are advised to call the contact number mentioned in the ticket and reconfirm the boarding point location and departure time on the day of journey.
  3. Passengers are required to furnish certain details/documents at the time of boarding the bus. Any passenger failing to provide the following details/documents may not be allowed to board the bus:
    1. SMS of the ticket or Email
    2. Proof of Identity (Driving License or Passport or National ID Card)
  4. You are responsible for ensuring that your travel date, time and destination are correct before booking/reserving the bus tickets or when you select to confirm your ticket purchase on the Website. Please check the cancellation Policy available on the Website for details about cancellation and refunds.
  5. You are solely responsible to be at the designated boarding point 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Delay in arrival within such time may result in refusal to board the bus.
  6. All complaints/grievances must be reported in writing to support@shohagh.com within one week from the date of the journey
  7. A booking is considered confirmed if the booking confirmation page is shown to the customer, even if SMS/Email fails to deliver for any reason.
  8. If ticket confirmation/cancellation, SMS/Email, is not sent for any reason, it can be resent by our support team upon request. SMS/Email might fail to deliver or get delayed for several reasons, which are not in ShohaghParibahan’s control.
  9. By making a booking on Shohagh.com – customer acknowledges that ShohaghParibahan will Call/Email/SMS or send alerts to give/take information regarding his/her bookings.
  10. Partial Cancellation is not allowed. Partial refund is also note permitted.
  11. The terms and conditions of our services can be amended, modified or withdrawn by  shohagh.com at any time without notice.

Shohagh.com offer you the facility of opening user account on the Website. This user account can be linked to the Your email-id or phone number or both. For Your use of the Website by registering an account, you agree to the following:

  1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorized access to your account when you use the Website by registering an account with shohagh.com
  2. In the event that you use the Website through a registered account, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through your Shohagh.com account.
  3. In the event that You use the Website through a registered account, you should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Shohagh.com immediately if you have any reason to believe that you password has been compromised, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Shohagh.com shall not be liable for any losses you may incur resulting from unauthorized use/acces from the registered account. Please ensure that the details you provide Shohagh.com are correct, complete and up to date and inform Shohagh.com immediately of any changes to the information that you provide at the time of registering your account.
  4. You undertake that you will abide by all such additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with your use of Website. You are also required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the Website.
  5. Website may be used for your personal and non-commercial purposes only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or Facility available on Website for any commercial or competitive activity/purpose.
  6. Shohagh.com reserves the right to refuse you access to Website, terminate Your account, cancel any bus ticket reservations, remove and/or edit content on the Website at any time without notice if we have reasonable belief that Your account is being used for any purposes set out in Clause 5 above.
  1. You acknowledge that you only have a limited right to use the Website and that you have no right to modify any part of the Website or reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell or access the Facility for any commercial purposes.
  2. You are also under an obligation to use this Website for reasonable and lawful purposes only, and shall not indulge in any activity that is not envisaged in these Terms. You shall use this Website, and any bus tickets purchased through it, for personal, non-commercial use only and shall not re-sell the tickets to any other person.
  3. You may not use any meta tags or any other hidden text utilizing the Website or its affiliates' names or trademarks without the express written consent of Shohagh.com
  4. You must not use the Website for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with any criminal acts or other unlawful activities.

If for any reason, the bank or the financial institution or the payment agency cancels the payment (for instance, unauthorized use of credit card, fraudulent use of credit card etc), Shohagh will not be responsible and the online ticket shall be cancelled. In the event the fund comes to Shohagh’s account, such sum will be refunded by the paying entity.

  1. The cut-off time for canceling a bus ticket depends on departure time.
  2. Tickets purchased online should be cancelled online only.
  3. For cancelling the tickets, you have to submit cancel request on the website at least 24 hours before the departure time.
  4. During Eid schedule, No tickets are eligible for cancellation. Customers are eligible for refund ONLY if the trip is omitted and we cannot provide an alternative arrangement.
  1. Refunds processed for cancelled tickets are transferred to the account from which the sum was originally transferred.
  2. All refunds are processed automatically upon cancellation of tickets. Your bank may take 5-14 days to credit this amount to your account/card.
  3. In case the refund amount is not credited to your account in 14 days from the date of refund, we kindly request you to send an email to support@shohagh.com along with the ticket details/order details and credit/debit/balance statement (in PDF format) from the date of booking to till date. We will provide you the necessary support in crediting back the refund amount.
  4. No refund will be processed for No-Show Passengers (Passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time).
  5. Any transaction charges/Ticket Delivery charges collected shall not be refunded if the tickets are cancelled by the customer.
  1. You are required to enter a valid phone number while booking a bus ticket on the Website. By registering your phone number with us, you consent to be contacted by us for the purposes of the transaction on the Website or for sending you promotional offers or content.
  2. For the purpose of booking bus tickets through the Website, we warrant that we shall be responsible for the following activities:
    1. Issuing a valid ticket and
    2. Providing customer support and information in case of any delays in the departure of a bus.
  3. Shohagh.com will process the ticket cancellation request from customers subject to the cancellation and refund policy
  1. Shohagh reserve the right to refuse you and/or your luggage from carriage on the bus for whatsoever reason that they deem justified, including but not limited to the following:
    1. If you are carrying contraband, illegal substances, fragile or oversize/overweight luggage.
    2. If it transpires that you are in a state (physical and mental) which would affect the other passengers' comfort or safety ( for instance, if drunk, found unruly etc).
    3. You are unable to produce valid Government issued identification proof while travelling.
    4. The payment of you fare for the ticket is fraudulent.
    5. The booking of Your seat has been done fraudulently or unlawfully or has been purchased from a person not authorized by Shohagh.com
    6. The credit card through which your payment was made for the ticket booking has been reported lost or stolen.
    7. The itinerary or booking or confirmation slip is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained.
    8. The itinerary of your reservation has been altered by a person other than Shohagh.
    9. You are unable to produce a valid and legible boarding ticket for the intended travel.
    10. You are deemed medically unfit to travel and/or may pose a health hazard to other passengers on board the bus.
  2. The bus operator reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, and/or delay any journey and substitute other buses for reasons they deem necessary to do so.
  3. You are responsible to ensure that valid and necessary government issued personal identification documents, such as the passport, Driving License or NID, are carried with you for the journey.
